Each place is judged for what it is within its loosely defined category (bakery, fast food, dessert, fancy, etc.), and the judgment is based 99% on the food alone. No price, no service, no ambiance, no instagramability.

Literally life-changing. When you taste it, you just know. No doubt in your mind. Whenever you think about these places, you're filled with overwhelming joy. You'll never pass up an opportunity to have them, and you'll eagerly plan travel around them.
